The electronic invoice brings fuel tanks to Rompetrol Downstream customers

Rompetrol Downstream, the company operating the fuel distribution stations of KMG International Group, will run a communication campaign from July 16 to September 10, encouraging its customers to use electronic invoices instead of the printed versions. The two raffles organized during the campaign will offer 20 fuel tanks worth RON 300 each.

“This approach is part our sustainable development strategy, which includes projects implemented by the gas stations network – electric power stations for EVs and hybrid vehicles, solar panels, LED bulbs only, etc.; and initiatives addressed to our clients to inform them and create responsibility around consumption. We are printing around 120,000 invoices for individual customers every year and we want to jointly address the effort to protect the environment and forests through e-invoicing to the company and customers” – said Vladislav Rusnac, Chief Retail Officer of KMG International.

There are more than 21,000 individual customers at Rompetrol Downstream, of which 51% have already activated their electronic way of viewing expenditures, while 90% of our corporate clients activated their electronic invoices.

The campaign is carried out under the slogan “The chainsaw sound is scary, just like deforestation”, and uses a mix of communication channels specifically addressed to existing customers. The activation is done directly from the customer account on www.rompetrol.ro/personal/fill-go (where users can also find the campaign rules), or by sending an e-mail with the name and customer code at [email protected].

The Fill&Go Personal card is a secure debit or credit card, free of interest or commission, being an immediate solution to optimize fueling time and financial resources in the Rompetrol and Rompetrol Partner fuel station network, with additional various other benefits.

The electronic invoice is just one of the environmental protection initiatives of the KMG International Group; with the involvement of employees, the company carries out two planting campaigns in the counties of Prahova and Constanta, along with other measures – ecological activities, equipping public institutions (schools, hospitals) with solar panels.

KMG International owns and carries out important operations in refineries, petrochemicals, retail and trading on several international markets. The retail network includes over 1,100 fuel supply points in Romania, Georgia, Bulgaria and Moldova.
